June 2011 Memory Verse Challenge
2011 News
Attention Heir Force elementary class (6yrs-5th grade)! Victorious Dance, Puppets, Crafts, beginning Wednesday, March 2nd, 7:30pm. Ms Tayva will be working with the Victorious Dance Ministry for the next 7 weeks to prepare a piece for Easter. If you are interested in joining this next session, be here on Wednesday, March 9th – the last day to join! We will also have puppets and other activities for all children! It will be fun! Use your talents for the Lord! Come out and join us!
Resurrection Celebration and "Friend Day" in our children's department on Sunday, April 17th! We are planning to have lots of friends so we need your help! We need candy and plastic eggs! We will have our egg hunt and special services! Drop them off with your child's teacher, usher, or greeter. Thank you in advance for your help and support!
Do you have a heart for special needs children? We are in need of ministers in our Mighty Warriors Class. We want to provide this class for both services beginning March 27th. Be a part of ministry to children and to their families. Contact Pastor Candy.
Sign-up for summer camp. Fill out the reservation form and return with $50 deposit. If we have your name, we can fill in vacancies as they become available. We will begin our fundraising the first of March.
Pee Wee Camp – Ages 6-8 – May 26-28.
Junior Camp – Ages 8 (by Sept 1st)-11 - May 30- June 3.

Take flight with us every Sunday at 10:0am in our Heir Force Flight School. Explore God's Word and experience life-changing Bible lessons. We play fun (sometimes messy) review games. We have awesome praise and worship, puppets, visits from Rovercomer, the Faith Dog, and much more! Don't be shy, come on by!
Dear parents,
For your child/children's safety we need you to please take a moment to check-in your children (infant – 5th grade) as soon as you arrive at church. A security number is given to you to pick up your child and is also used to alert you during the service if we need you. Please help us! It won't take long!
Let me also encourage you to park near the Children's Auditorium to make it convenient for you to check-in your children and then head to the sanctuary for church. Thank you for your cooperation! We love you and your little ones! Help us better serve YOU!

Heir Force
Welcome to our Heir Force Children's Ministry here at Tabernacle International Church where we are committed to the task of reaching children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You will find this commitment in every aspect of our children's ministry here at TIC. From the creative décor of each classroom to the dedicated staff, you'll find an excellence and integrity that reflects our desire to reach and teach children.
We strongly believe that by presenting the Word of God to children in an exciting way and leading them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that they can see Jesus can use them and that they are important to Him now!
I encourage you to make a commitment to your children and become involved in this awesome ministry to children.
Our Heir Force Children's Department is divided into;
- Nursery (Newborn– 24 months)
- Pre-School (Ages 2-5)
- Elementary (Age 6 – 5th grade)
HEIR FORCE PRE-SCHOOL
We have a special class for every child from two years to age five. Our pre-school classes feature fun activities, puppets, stories, creative play times, praise and worship, and the teaching of God's Word by caring teachers. Our pre-school classes meet during all regular church services.
PRE-FLIGHT SCHOOL
Our pre-flight school meets at 8:45 am every Sunday morning. Pre-school – 5th grade have intimate Bible classes where they will hear a lesson and talk about how it applies to their life. Elementary kids get ready to assist as ushers, greeters, puppets skits, and praise and worship team for our 10:00am Heir Force Class.
HEIR FORCE FLIGHT SCHOOL
Our Heir Force meets every Sunday at 10:00 am for Flight School. We use fun and creative teaching methods to help boys and girls to grow in their daily walk with Jesus. We have praise and worship, offerings, Bible teaching by using object lessons. Our services stay exciting to children by featuring puppets, and visits from Rovercomer, the Faith Dog. We end each class with prayer and fun (and sometimes messy) review games.
FLIGHT STORE
The Flight Store is a great way to reward boys and girls (6 years to 5th grade) for their faithfulness and hard work. Each week kids can rack up "frequent flyer points" in Heir Force, by attending weekly services, bringing their Bibles, bringing visitors and participating in our Memory Verse Challenge Sunday. The Flight Store is open just one Sunday a month (the last Sunday) to encourage boys and girls to save up their points for neat prizes and gifts.
WEDNESDAYS
Classes are available for all children through the 5th grade. Pre-schoolers enjoy lessons with "hands on" activities. Elementary boys and girls have opportunities to participate in ministry. We work on flag routines, dance, mime, choir, and various "pieces" to minister in the adult services.
