Apostle/Founder Fred and his wife Joan Musser
During the first nine years of The Tabernacle ministry, Fred was involved with Morris Cerullo World Evangelism. He served this ministry as field man and crusade director in preparing for the meetings and doing the platform work for Morris Cerullo all over the United States, Canada, England and Mexico. He quit doing this work in 1982, feeling the need to purchase property and establish the church soundly and securely. At that point, they purchased the property at 270 Simonton Road and built their first building. In 1993, they turned the ministry over to their son, Fritz Musser, and Fred returned to travel setting up meetings throughout the United States for Morris Cerullo for four more years. Through the years they have had a special ministry to families and also to ministers. They have ministered in these capacities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, and Nicaragua.

21 DAY FAST
On Sunday, January 8, we will begin a 21 Day Fast. Set your heart to seek God. Fasting will increase your faith. Fasting and faith are first cousins. You take in food and you speak out faith through the same member of your body (Romans 10: 8-10).
Fasting strengthens your inner will. When Jesus fasted for 40 days, He was greatly tempted by the devil, but He overcame him by the Word of God and His own will. During the fast, focus on the word. You will find that when you are physically hungry, you can receive a physical satisfaction by reading the Word.
Prayer is also important during a fast. Make your prayers specific. Write down you prayer needs and objectives and keep a record of the answers and progress of your prayers. Don't give up! The victory often comes when the fast is over. The power of the Spirit came on Christ after His fast ended.
